First, I wanted to let you know that my very first audio book, Taken by the Beast, was released this weekend. Taken by the Beast was the 2013 Spanking Romance Reviews winner of Best Sci-Fi Spanking Romance. This was an interesting process. I actually wasn't going to do any audio books but a reader asked about it and when she suggested starting with Taken by the Beast, I went for it. Audible made it possible for me to hire an awesome awesome narrator who honestly, as I was listening to my own story, had me blushing red to the point my daughter who was sitting next to me (I had on headphones) asked 'mom, what's wrong?' Well, nothing was wrong. Paul Woodson, the narrator, just read an amazing Elijah. Just a note, best to listen when you're alone. Nice bed time read...
I am thrilled with the end result and Paul is now working on Given to the Savage for release in early 2015. I'm also looking for a narrator for Captive's Desire, but haven't had the time to listen to auditions yet so that will hopefully come in spring of the new year. I think those will be all I do on audio for the moment and just see how things go.
Other news! Stormy Night Publications - ok, wait, I don't actually know how to use this term so bear with me if I'm using it incorrectly - but SNP is serializing Taught to Kneel so it's available to subscribers of their newsletter to read for free over the course of the month! The first two chapters are available now and if you sign up to receive the newsletter, you will have an e-mail next week on Saturday with the next two chapters to read. A few months back, I started my own newsletter here on my site which I've done an awful job of promoting! This was chock full of info and I believe serializing is the correct term, or we just make things up the same way! I wish you many sales on the audio book.
I really wish I could get my computer fixed so I could start listening to all of these cool audios. :(
