Protective Custody #satspanks

Good morning and welcome to the Saturday Spankings Blog Hop! This week saw the release of Protective Custody, a romantic suspense with lots of spankings, a Punishment Room and general hotness wrapped around a story I hope you all enjoy. 

I've shared a few snippets over the past weeks and today Stormy Night Publications will have an extended preview (a very naughty one) in their newsletter and so this morning, I wanted to share something more tender, more dramatic. In this scene, Skye and Aidan have been together for a few days and although they've gotten close, Aidan still keeps her just a little farther than Skye would like. Here is Skye's final attempt to get him to open up and share what it is he's keeping from her.

“What is it?” she asked, refusing to shed the tears that threatened. “Just tell me; you’re like this… big mystery, you disappear, then when we meet again, you practically kidnap me and expect me to stay in this house and simply obey you…” 

Irritation slowly crept along the edge of the helplessness she felt. “You spank me, God, I let you spank me!” she paused, the building anger and confusion dissipating for a moment at least when she next spoke. “We made love,” her voice grew quiet, tenderness softening her tone, “Yet, you give me nothing.” 

She stood and he let her this time. “Tell me what it is you think I can’t handle, tell me why I should blindly obey you,” she said, shaking her head, turning away for a moment, trying to wrap her mind around what was happening here, what she was submitting to. “Give me something, Aidan, or I’m walking out the door right now and I swear this time will be the last time.”
