I've been absent from here for a while, but I've been working hard in that time and I have a book to show for it.
When I started to write this book, I thought I'd do something post-apocalyptic, similar to Given to the Savage, but I think I'm the ultimate pantser because it turned into a contemporary romantic suspense.
The one thing I did know I wanted to do was to write about brothers...and a ménage.
I'm thrilled to present the cover for Theirs To Take, which will be released this coming Wednesday, April 22nd.
Did I mention abduction, an auction, and brothers? Yes, brothers again... sigh...
Blurb
Eva Webb didn't know what she'd find the night she secretly followed
her fiancé. She had feared he was meeting another
woman.
But it was so much worse than that.
"My fiancé betrayed me, stealing me in the night, packing me on that truck like an
animal to be sold to the highest bidder."
But when the vehicle is ambushed, she is delivered into the hands
of her fiancé's worst enemies: vigilante brothers who would stop at nothing to bring
him down.
For Gabriel and Syn Rivera, hijacking the truck and stealing
its cargo was another job, another way of taking back what was stolen from
them.
Discovering Eva on board was a bonus.
They now held in their grasp the one thing that could take
down an entire organization, making her a pawn in a deadly game — a game in
which she would need their protection to survive. But that protection would
come at a price: the brothers, who have always shared their women, would
require Eva's submission.
Eva would soon learn, though, that in a world where criminals often
wear two faces, lust can easily be confused for love — and putting your trust
in the wrong people can be a deadly mistake.

A huge huge huge thanks to Casey McKay, Cara Bristol and Trent Evans for their help in writing this blurb. Help and patience. Lots of patience. I should post what I started with someday just for laughs...
Another huge thanks to Rachel Olson who is responsible for that cover. She listened to what I was thinking, then pulled images together I may have overlooked and said 'wait, let me mock it up for you' and wow!
